Set up Costs 
Set up fee for a dedicated line: £60.00 
This covers setting up a dedicated line and name tagging  
which enables the call to be answered in your Company/Business name


Monthly Charges 
Live Telephone Answering Normal Hours: £30.00 

Message Charges 
Message delivery: £0.75 per message inclusive of serviced voicemail.
 

24 hour, 7 day services are expensive. If you need to have your messages relayed 
to you around the clock, you might want to consider a cheaper alternative. 
We provide a service whereby your calls will be answered in the normal way 
during the working day, but via a voicemail service outside of normal business hours. 
Your messages are then relayed immediately to either your mobile phone in the form 
of a text message, or via an email.


This service is priced at £35 per month plus a rate of £0.75 per message.


The above charges are not subjected to VAT 
Normal Office hours are 9.00 a.m.  to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.


An additional charge will be applied for the use of an extended service.
However, this will depend on individual requirements, and we will
be happy to discuss further options.
