have the star services facility on your phone, you can divert to 
your Island Office Minder number at anytime and for any period.
If you don’t have a star services facility on your phone, 
you can set up a diversion through Manx Telecom.  This can be done 
in many different ways.  For example, you can set-up the diversion 
to take place after 6 rings. This will mean that all calls will come 
through to your existing number for 21 seconds 
then automatically divert to your dedicated IOM number.
Alternatively, you may wish to set-up your diversion 
so that it only diverts to Island Office Minder when your line is busy.

Whichever method you decide on, Island Office Minder 
will ensure that you have no missed calls and that all your calls
